These tikkis are such an easy way to get protein and greens all in one bite. They’ve been my go-to vegetarian protein for the week, and I’m building my full veg meal-prep around them (that post is coming later today!!!)
How I eat them:
popped straight into my mouth as a snack
layered into a sourdough sandwich
or added to a roasted veggie bowl with chutney or yogurt
They’re soft inside, lightly crisped outside, and super flavorful!
