curry leaf hummus
This is one of those recipes that instantly upgrades anything you’re eating!! it’s creamy, slightly spicy, super fragrant from the curry leaves, and you know I love a fusion recipe!
i’ve been spreading this on sandwiches, adding it to bowls, dipping veggies, even using it as a base for wraps. It makes everything feel a little more elevated and feels lighter than store-bought hummus because I use less oil/tahini.
